Thane murder: Hunt on for 3 Nigerians

Thane:Police have launched a manhunt for three Nigerian nationals,who allegedly killed a building supervisor at Nalasopara in the district on Saturday night. Inspector Mukund Mahajan said the three accused attacked Rahul Singh (22),a supervisor,over some petty issue around 10.30 pm in Alkapuri area. Singh died in a hospital on Sunday.

Pranab to chair NADT event in Nagpur

New Delhi:President Pranab Mukherjee will chair the valedictory function of the passing out of the 64th batch of the Indian Revenue Service officers at the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) in Nagpur on April 29. NADT is the alma mater for the Income Tax cadre of IRS officials. 115 young officers,including a few from foreign countries,will pass out.
