Supreme Court on Thursday refused to grant bail to the self-styled godman Asaram Bapu in a rape case filed against him by a Surat-based woman. The court has asked him to approach High court.
The Apex court, however agreed to hear Asaram Bapu’s bail plea in another rape case lodged against him in Rajasthan.
