Major fire at industrial estate in Mumbai

A major fire broke out at an industrial estate in South Mumbai this evening but no casualties were reported,fire brigade officials said.

The blaze was reported from a leather factory in Devidayal compound located near Reay Road area,they said,adding as many as 12 fire engines and four water tankers were rushed to the spot to douse it.

However,no casualties were reported till late in the evening,the officials said.

The cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained,they added.
