Indian Railways New Rajdhani Express Train:Indian Railways’ new Rajdhani Express train has commenced commercial run. Flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 13, 2025, this is the 26th Rajdhani train in the country. The service is being maintained and operated by the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) zone.
Rajdhani Express Train
The Rajdhani Express was launched in 1969 with the aim of connecting state capitals to the national capital. Even after more than 50 years of service, the Rajdhani Express continues to be regarded as one of the premium trains in the Indian Railways network.
Mizoram Rajdhani Express: Route, Distance, Travel Time, Train Number
This new Rajdhani Express train is operating between Sairang in Mizoram and Anand Vihar Terminal in the national capital. The train number 20507/20508 Sairang-Anand Vihar Terminal-Sairang Rajdhani Express will cover a distance of 2512 km in 42:20 hrs. This will be the only train on the route. The train will run via Guwahati.
During its journey between Sairang and Anand Vihar Terminal, train number 20507/20508 Rajdhani Express will stop at 18 stations. These are: Bairabi, Hailakandi, Badarpur Junction, New Haflong, Hojai, Guwahati, Rangiya Junction, Barpeta Road, New Bongaigaon, New Coochbehar, New Jalpaiguri, Malda Town, Sahibganj Junction, Bhagalpur, Jamalpur, Patna, DD Upadhyaya, and Kanpur Central railway stations.
Sairang-Anand Vihar Terminal Rajdhani Express: Frequency
The train number 20507 Sairang-Anand Vihar Terminal Rajdhani Express will run only on Friday. On the other hand, train number 20508 Anand Vihar Terminal-Sairang Rajdhani Express will operate on Sunday only.
Sairang-Anand Vihar-Sairang Rajdhani Express: Time table
The train number 20507 Sairang-Anand Vihar Terminal Rajdhani Express will depart from Sairang at 16:30 hrs to reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 10:50 hrs on the third day. Similarly, train number 20508 Anand Vihar Terminal-Sairang Rajdhani Express will leave at 19:50 hrs to arrive Sairang at 15:15 hrs on the third day.

Aizawl-Delhi Rajdhani Express Train: Ticket Price
The Aizawl-Delhi Rajdhani Express train will have three types of coaches: AC 3 Tier (3A), AC 2 Tier (2A) and AC First Class (1A). The ticket price for travelling in an AC 3 Tier between Sairang and Anand Vihar Terminal is Rs 3625. For AC 2 Tier, this comes up to Rs 4820. The ticket price for travelling in AC First Class is Rs 7890 for the entire route.
