How to book tickets online for Independence Day celebrations at the Red Fort?

With booking commencing from August 13 onwards, one can easily book tickets by visiting the Ministry of Defence’s website, https://aamantran.mod.gov.in or e-invitations.mod.gov.in.

  1. Visit one of the websites mentioned above
  2. Click here to book Independence Day 2025 tickets.
  3. Please provide your name, mobile number, and the number of tickets.
  4. Upload an Aadhaar card or another acceptable identity card for identification.
  5. Choose from three ticket categories: Rs 20 for general, Rs 100 for standard, and Rs 500 for premium.
  6. Complete the payment online (debit/credit card, UPI).
  7. Download your e-ticket with the QR code and seating information.

Note: You will need this e-ticket at the time of entry, so save it to your mobile device or print it.
