Vicky Jain brings up Sushant Singh Rajput while fighting with Ankita Lokhande, says he stood by her during ‘such a huge matter’: ‘I didn’t let anyone question you…’

Vicky Jain also revealed that she would sit and plan with Ankita Lokhande how she "should handle" the situation after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Bigg Boss 17 has become a turf for constant domestic fights between Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain, with both of them picking on each other for the way they behave in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss house. However, in the latest episode of the TV reality show, the fight between the couple went out of control as Vicky reminded Ankita of how he stood by her when she was going through a tough time following her ex-boyfriend, actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

In the episode we saw Ankita confronting Vicky for not “spending enough time” with her and Vicky retorted, “It was such a huge matter about Sushant, I was there by your side. I never came in between, you wanted to give interviews, and I had no problem with that. I used to sit with you and write things for you on how you should handle these interviews and everything. I have always stood by you. I didn’t let anyone question you. Here, you are constantly reacting to everything that I do.”

Vicky’s comments come after Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh supported Ankita as she was being trolled for discussing late actor in the Bigg Boss house. Shweta took to Instagarm on Tuesday and shared a few pictures of SSR with Ankita in their happy days and wrote, “We love you, Anki! You are the best and the purest.”

In the last few days Ankita has been facing criticism for repeatedly discussing the late actor on the show. Not just the trolls, even her mother-in-law Ranjana Jain accused the actor of using Sushant’s name to gain sympathy. She had told Saas Bahu Saazish, “Ankita has been naming Sushant. Looks like she is trying to gain sympathy for herself. Sushant is anyway gone.”

Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput made their acting debut together in TV serial Pavitra Rishta. The two of them shared a seven-year relationship before parting ways. Sushant died due to suicide by hanging in June 2020.
