TV actor Nidhi Seth confirms divorce with Karan Veer Mehra: ‘Toxicity in any relationship should not be accepted’

Television actress Nidhi Seth has confirmed that she and her husband, actor Karan Veer Mehra have called off their marriage and have been living separately for over a year now. Nidhi also shared that she has now moved out of Mumbai and is living in Bangalore with her parents.

Nidhi and Karan tied the knot in 2021. Talking to The Times Of India, Nidhi said that the couple got a divorce three months ago and have been living separately for over a year. She also shared that the two of them started facing issues in their marriage just a few months after tying the knot. While she didn’t share the actual reason of their split, she said, “I feel that toxicity in any relationship should not be accepted. Mental peace, mutual respect, loyalty and financial stability are necessary in a marriage.”

Nidhi also emphasised on how people need to have “enough awareness” about “certain personality traits and behaviour” before forming a relationship with them. Karan Veer Mehra has neither reacted to Nidhi’s claims, nor has be opened up about the divorce.

Nidhi also shared that she is enjoying the break and is now looking at changing her career paths and pursue interior design.

On the work front Nidhi has been a part of shows like Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, Kissmet Ka Khel among others. Kana, on the other hand, is shooting Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si in Mumbai.
