KBC 11: Bhavesh Kumar Jha played smartly and won Rs 12,50,000 with the help of four lifelines. But it was the 13th question worth Rs 25,00,000 which made him quit the show.

Wednesday’s rollover contestant Bhavesh Kumar Jha from Noida, Uttar Pradesh resumed playing Amitabh Bachchan-hosted Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 on Thursday. He played smartly and won Rs 12,50,000 with the help of four lifelines. But it was the 13th question worth Rs 25,00,000 which made him quit the show.

The question that Bhavesh failed to answer was, “Which is the largest aircraft by weight ever built?” Options were Airbus A380-800, Antonov AN-225 Mriya, Antonov AN-124 Ruslan and Hughes H-4 Hercules.

Bhavesh said he had heard about the aircraft but was not sure about the correct answer. He quit the game and took home Rs 12,50,000. Upon quitting, he guessed the answer as Hughes H-4 Hercules. But it was the wrong answer. The correct answer was Antonov AN-225 Mriya.

The next contestant to take the hot seat was Narendra Kumar from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. He won Rs 10,000 in Thursday’s episode. He will continue to play in Friday’s episode. The episode will also host the sprinters Dutee Chand and Hima Das. They will be joined by former cricketer Virendra Sehwag.

Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 airs on Sony Entertainment Television from Monday to Friday at 9 pm.
