Leo producer heaps praise on Vijay: ‘He even helped push the car that got stuck in snow’

Producer Lalit Kumar is bankrolling Vijay‘s upcoming film Leo. Ever since the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial was announced, Vijay fans have been asking for updates about the movie wherever Lalit goes. The producer recently shared anecdotes from the shoot of Leo at an event.

The producer shared an incident from the sets of Leo when Vijay had to get down and push the car that was stuck in the snow. Lalit said that the weather was extreme and their car got stuck and Vijay without any complaints got out to help them push the car. Vijay also wondered whether they will be able to shoot the film as there was zero visibility in the area.

On top of that Lalit Kumar also shared that there’s a sequence in Leo where Vijay was shirtless in the weather which was at -20 degree Celsius. Vijay also had to perform a stunt that involved him rolling on the ice. The new titbits from the producer have gotten the fans more excited about the film, which is expected to be released on October 19.

Leo, also starring Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Mysskin, Gautam Vasudev Menon, and Priya Anand, is speculated to be part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cinematic universe which comprises Kamal Haasan’s Vikram and Karthi’s Kaithi. There are speculations that Haasan will make a cameo appearance as Vikram in Leo, but Kanagaraj and the team have maintained complete silence on the matter.
