On the occasion of Hindu festival Maha Shivratri, filmmakers across the country unveiled posters and promos of their movies, and the latest to join the bandwagon is Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film NBK109.
The anticipation for Balakrishna’s NBK109 reached new heights as the makers unveiled the much-awaited first glimpse, offering a peek at adrenaline-pumping action sequences.
The glimpse sets the tone for NBK109. A burning forest sees the arrival of a man with arms and a bottle of brandy. A bunch of guys close in on him with weapons. The hero takes a sip out of his bottle and begins his fight. The highlight of the teaser is however the dialogue. A confrontational dialogue ensues, with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s character asserting dominance in a manner befitting a lion among jackals. A voice is heard asking if Balakrishna’s character is declaring war, but he says a lion chasing a pack of jackals isn’t war but a hunt.
Helmed by Bobby, NBK109 promises to present Balakrishna in a mass avatar as always. Alongside Balakrishna, Bobby Deol and Urvashi Rautela play pivotal roles in the movie.
The music of the film is composed by S Thaman. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, NBK109 is poised to be released this year.
