GOAT actor Parvati Nair in legal soup after domestic help files assault case: ‘She slapped me, her aides verbally abused me’

According to Parvati Nair's house help Shubhash Chandra, the actress assaulted him at KJR Studio. Previously, she had filed a complaint against him alleging that gold and money were missing from her home.

Tamil Nadu police registered a case against Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) actor Parvati Nair based on a complaint filed by her domestic help Shubhash Chandrabose, who alleged that she assaulted him. The case has been registered under sections 296(b), 115(2), and 351(2) BNS. According to DSR copy, Subhash also worked as a helper at KJR Studios.

In 2022, the actress had filed a complaint against the domestic help claiming that gold, Rs 9 lakh, an iPhone, and a laptop were missing from her home. She had suspected the house help, Subhash Chandrabose, who was working at her residence at that time.

Following this, Shubhas also filed a complaint accusing the actor and her aides of assaulting him. According to the Hindustan Times, he alleged that after he was released from jail, he returned to work at the KJR Studio, where the actress slapped him. He further claimed that five of the actor’s aides verbally abused him.

After the incident, Subhash filed a complaint at Teynampet Police Station in Chennai. When the police failed to take any action on his complaint, the house help approached the Saidapet 19th MM Court. Now, the police have registered an FIR against Parvati and seven others based on court orders.

Parvati Nair had previously denied all the allegations against her, and claimed she filed the initial complaint to recover the lost money. She also mentioned that she had questioned Subhash after the theft but was not satisfied with his responses. The actress is yet to react to the latest development.

On the work front, Parvati Nair was recently seen playing a supporting role in Thalapathy Vijay’s recently released film GOAT. The actress, who was also seen in the Ranveer Singh-starrer 83, is all set to feature in the Tamil film Aalambana.
