Raja Natwarlal / It’s raining love

The moment this track opens with a soft symphony of piano beats accompanied by the sound of thunder in the background, you realise that this is the beginning of a very unique melody

A still from Raja Natwarlal

Tere ho ke rahenge

Singer:  Arijit Singh      Music: Yuvan Shankar Raja

The moment this track opens with a soft symphony of piano beats accompanied by the sound of thunder in the background, you realise that this is the beginning of a very unique melody. Blending electronic and contemporary beats, with a brilliant rendition of Arijit Singh, Tere ho ke rahenge is not your usual run-of-the-mill romantic number (and yes, it does not sound like any of Emraan Hashmi’s previous hits). Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja makes his debut in Bollywood with a stylish track, that has the potential of becoming a fast favourite with every repeated hear. A few portions, especially parts where beats of the cello and orchestration dominates, sound straight out of signature A.R.Rahman tunes. But having said that, we think the first song from Raja Natwarlal is hummable and very easy on the ears. Lyrics by Irshad Kamil are nice and blend well with the composition. We are now looking forward to hear the entire album!
