Riteish Deshmukh

Like every religious Indian, one found that Riteish Deshmukh too was not an atheist. At the music launch of his debut Marathi film Lai Bhari, the actor came dressed in jacket worn over a white shirt and looking very dapper. And when he was asked to pose in front of a statue of Lord Vithoba which was prominently placed on the stage, the actor was quick to remove his shoes and put them away in one corner revealing a white and blue striped pair of socks before moving towards the statue and posing for the shutterbugs. It was a very thoughtful gesture given the crowd and chaos that was happening around him.
