Riteish Deshmukh with Vivek Oberoi

Now that Riteish Deshmukh has become a dad, his friend Vivek Oberoi was only too happy to give the new father some daddy tips about parenting. He is supposed to have told Deshmukh to take some time off from work and be with his new born, otherwise he would miss the beautiful moments of his growing up years.
“When my son Vivaan Veer was small, I was busy shooting. I used to see him in the cradle when I would leave home and once again in the cradle when I got back from work in the night. I watched him grow horizontally rather than vertically. Twenty years down the line, I will wonder why I missed my son’s growing up. I told Riteish of my experience and asked him not to repeat my mistake, and to slow down on work, to spend more time with his baby.”
Now that’s what we call good daddy advice!
