Filmmaker S. Shankar lauds R. Madhavan’s ‘Irudhi Suttru’
Filmmaker S. Shankar congratulated the team behind R. Madhavan-starrer Tamil-Hindi bilingual "Irudhi Suttru", calling it a "great effort".

The film, which was released in Hindi as “Saala Khadoos”, is the story of mentor-mentee relationship between a boxing coach and his student.
In Tamil, the film reportedly raked in over Rs.6 crore at the Tamil Nadu box-office in the opening weekend.
The film is directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad, who will soon helm the film’s Telugu remake with actor Venkatesh.
