Fahadh Faasil impresses with his ‘talent’ in Instagram reel; ‘fan’ disappointed he didn’t choose alternative career
The makers of Aavesham have released online a hilarious scene from the movie featuring Fahadh Faasil, leaving viewers in stitches.

Fahadh Faasil’s gangster comedy Aavesham, directed by Romancham’s director Jithu Madhavan, continues its successful run at the box office, grossing over Rs 95 crore worldwide in just two weeks since its release.
Among many other things, Fahadh’s performance in a never-before-seen avatar, as the pompous and boastful gangster named Rangan, is the biggest draw of Aavesham, and his performance, as expected from Fahadh, has captivated audiences.
Now, the makers of Aavesham have released a hilarious scene from the movie online, leaving viewers in stitches. In the movie, Rangan is introduced while three college students, central to the film’s narrative, are on the hunt for a gangster who can seek revenge on their behalf against a group of seniors who have been causing them trouble.
Initially appearing as the right person for the job, the kids start having doubts about Rangan upon getting to know him, especially after noticing his unusual style and reluctance to engage directly in violence. Their suspicions escalate after encountering a reel he shared on his Instagram account, showcasing his “talents”.

In the reel, Rangan, a gangster with a significant following, can be seen grooving to the folk song “Karinkaliyalle,” which was once popular on Malayalee social media accounts. Rangan dances behind a pillar in his home, smiling as he emerges from one side but adopting a serious expression as he emerges from the other, giving the impression of a teen enthusiastically following an online trend. Unfortunately, the video reveals that his reel hasn’t gained much traction, garnering only four likes.
As the video progresses, it shows the remaining part of the scene where the college kids discuss it with Rangan’s confidante, Amban (Sajin Gopu). “Annan’s (brother’s) talents are beyond your imagination,” Amban remarks. During the conversation, Rangan passes by singing the song “Poove Oru Mazhamutham” from Fahadh’s highly criticized debut movie “Kaiyethum Doorath,” prompting the response, “If he weren’t a goon, he’d be on a whole other level.”
