Actor Kazan Khan passes away

Kazan Khan, best known for his villainous roles in Malayalam films, passed away following a heart attack.

Actor Kazan Khan, best known for his villainous roles in Malayalam films, has passed away following a heart attack.

Production controller and film producer NM Badusha took to Facebook to share the news. He wrote, “പ്രശസ്ത വില്ലൻ നടൻ കസാൻ ഖാൻ ഹൃദയഘാതം നിമിത്തം അന്തരിച്ചു. CID മൂസ, വർണപകിട്ട് തുടങ്ങി ഒട്ടേറെ ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അദ്ദേഹം വേഷം ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.. ആദരാജ്ഞലികൾ (Popular villain actor Kazan Khan died to due heart attack. He starred in CID Moosa, Varnapakittu among several other films. Condolences).”

Kazan Khan made his silver screen debut with the 1992 Tamil film Senthamizh Paattu. Despite featuring in several Tamil and Kannada movies, Kazan was best known for his work in Malayalam films like Gandharvam, The King, Varnapakittu, CID Moosa, The Don, Mayamohini, Ivan Maryadaraman, RajadhiRaja and Lailaa O Lailaa among others.

Dileep, who shared screen space with Kazan Khan in CID Moosa, The Don and Ivan Maryadaraman, expressed his condolences over the demise of the actor.
