Actors Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra, who are the lead pair of Prime Video’s upcoming global spy series, Citadel, have once again impressed the audience with their chemistry. In a new promo for the show, Mason Kane (Played by Richard) and Nadia Sinh (played by Priyanka) take over the mission together and their chemistry unmissable. “Alone you are good, together you are hot stuff,” sums up the character played by Stanley Tucci.

Another moment has Priyanka making short work of the bad guys and Richard Madden comments, “Not very lady-like.” To this, she replies, “Why start now?”

Fans on the internet were all praise for the duo. One of the fans said, “Omg can’t wait for their banter and chemistry.” Another said, “She’s a bad *ss damn she’s kicking.” The trailer was released a few days ago and the official synopsis read, “Global spy agency Citadel has fallen, and its agents’ memories were wiped clean. Now the powerful syndicate, Manticore, is rising in the void. Can the Citadel agents recollect their past and summon the strength to fight back?”

Richard and Priyanka recently attended a Citadel event in Mumbai and Priyanka explained her first meeting with Richard. Priyanka said, “Richard and I actually met at a social dinner we were seated next to each other and we really got along when we met for the first time. Then we met at award shows, after parties and stuff like that, but the first time we met for work I knew that he was an extremely disciplined actor someone who is like me, who likes to do preparation, who likes to come into work really prepared. That’s why we get along so well because we like to give respect to our work.”

Citadel will release on April 28 on Amazon Prime Video.
