Brian Austin Green seeking spousal support from Megan Fox

Megan Fox’s estranged husband, actor Brian Austin Green has filed court documents asking for spousal support in their divorce settlement.

The 42-year-old former “Beverly Hills 90210” actor requested that Fox, 29, the mother of his sons Noah, two, and Bodhi, 19 months, continue to support him financially, reported TMZ. Green has been unable to work because of vertigo, which affects his balance, sustained as a result of the car crash he and Fox were involved in last December.

The actress filed for divorce last month, citing “irreconcilable differences”, and is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two sons. Their split is said to be “very amicable” and they are still living in the same house in Los Angeles.
