Need to regulate vulgarity in TV reality shows: Ravi Kishan

"One need not dish out vulgar programmes on television to rake up TRP or earn revenues," he said.

Bhojpuri film star Ravi Kishan demanded a regulation to check vulgarity being dished out in reality shows by some entertainment channels.

“One need not dish out vulgar programmes on television to rake up TRP or earn revenues,” he told reporters when asked about about his opinion on shows like ‘Rakhi Ka Insaaf’ and ‘Bigg Boss’.

“There should be a regulation against dishing out vulgar content in television programmes,” Kishan said.

The actor,who is gearing up to host the second season of the popular show on hypnosis ‘Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka’,was a contestant in the first edition of ‘Bigg Boss’.

“It is the responsibility of the individual actors when they participate in such vulgar programmes to keep in mind its impact on the children and the society in general,”he said.
