Friday night saw the Kava restaurant in Sector 26 play host to a fun evening with stylish Khan sisters — Gauhar and Nigaar Khan — in attendance. The well-attended soiree also raised a toast to Italian luxury vodka label,Artic. Both Gauhar and Nigaar are currently part of a reality show on UTV Bindass channel called Khan Sisters,which gives a peek into their glamorous lifestyle. The event saw many of the city’s social set get up,close and personal with the two ladies. The guests also got to taste a blend of Italian cocktails and food,which was prepared keeping in mind the launch of Green Apple and Orange Artic Vodka. Speaking of the show,Gauhar Khan remarked,“The show has a unique format and gives me an opportunity to show my real self as I interact with my family and friends. Through this show,I wish to connect with my fans on a personal level and hope they see me for the way I am.” To this,Nigaar added,“Gauhar is from the film industry whereas I am from television industry; I am very excited to share screen space with her for the first time. I hope the audiences like the show.”
