“I believe in relationships. I share a good working relationship with Leena Yavada, director of ‘Teen Patti’,” the 29-year-old actor said.

“I was shooting for a music video with her, when Leena offered me a role in ‘Teen Patti’. As I value the relationship with her,I immediately accepted the offer even before inquiring about the character or its length,” he said.

“For sure, valuing relationships and even doing small roles would help me in the long run,” Rishi said.

Though Rishi, who had debuted in 2008 with Pahlaj Nihlani’s ‘Khushboo’,does not have any scenes with Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan in the movie,he hopes for better luck in the future.

“In Teen Patti,I do not share the screen space with Amitabh Bachchan. However,I wish in the future I will,” he said.

“I have most of the scenes with Madhavan and Saira Mohan. I have learnt a lot from Madhavan, who is a bundle of energy. The manner in which he improvises the scenes on the set itself is amazing,” Rishi said.
