There are few actresses who hold such power over Bollywood that their birthday has industry bigwigs taking out time to celebrate. Katrina Kaif’s may have cancelled her birthday party on Saturday following Mumbai blasts but her close friends ensured they celebrated it nevertheless. After promotions of her latest release,Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara,on Friday morning,Kat met Salman Khan on the sets of Bodyguard where she was welcomed by Alvira Khan and Atul Agnihotri. Her close friends Kabir Khan with wife Mini Mathur and Ayan Mukerji joined them. She followed this up with Shah Rukh Khan’s success party for ZNMD,where her friends are said to have got her a cake. The attendees were the usual lot—Hrithik Roshan,Ritesh Sidhwani,Abhishek Kapoor,Karisma Kapur,Neelam Kothari,joined by her husband Samir Soni,Arjun Rampal with wife Mehr,and,of course,SRK’s best bud Karan Johar. Abhay Deol let go of his hang-ups about mainstream stars and joined them too. But the party’s Farhan Akhtar attention-stealer was his cool and stylish wife Adhuna,who made a public appearance after long.
