The global pop-star spent the last days of 2023 in Rajasthan, diving into the rich cultural tapestry of India.

During her time in the country, Dua embraced the local cuisine, explored the diverse fashion, and connected with India’s spiritual side, making the most of her visit. She shared glimpses of her experiences on social media, posting pictures and videos that captured her memorable moments.

Expressing her gratitude, she wrote, “I feel so beyond lucky to end my year here in India. Thank you to all the wonderful people here who have shown us so much love, kindness, hospitality and generosity. This experience has been deeply meaningful. I feel lucky to be in and within the magic with my family where we have had the time to explore, regroup, recharge and restart. Ready for the year ahead. What a joy!!! During her trip, Dua also visited New Delhi, where she explored iconic landmarks like Humayun’s Tomb and sought blessings with her family at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib.

Earlier, in 2019, Dua Lipa performed at the OnePlus Music Festival in Navi Mumbai.

According to Goyal, the company’s motive behind this drive is to strengthen India’s resolve to eradicate malnutrition and hunger. Taking to his official X handle, Goyal wrote, “Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC) is back! Headlining this year’s event is my favourite global pop icon, @DUALIPA, an inspiration to millions worldwide!”

The event will be held at MMRDA, BKC in Mumbai and will also see performances from leading Indian artistes. The first edition of Zomato’s drive was held in December 2022, which was headlined by Post Malone.

As per a report by Business Today, the tickets for the India tour will go on pre-sale for HSBC cardholders from August 27 at 12 pm, general sales will start on August 29. Tickets can be purchased though the Zomato app. Ticket resale is permitted only through the official Zomato Live reselling platform.
