The teaser opens with the names of Gulzar who has written the screenplay and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, who are the hands behind the music of the film.
Set in Rajasthan, Mirzya is an epic love story that plays out in contemporary times inspired by the folk tale of ‘the legend of Mirza – Sahiba’. The film unfolds filled with heightened drama and action packed sequences in the visually rich terrain of Rajasthan, contrasted with flashes of the fantastical universe of the folklore set in the awe-inspiring landscape of Ladakh.
The traditional colours from the plot can be well witnessed in this teaser. As a surprise, the debutant actor is seen preforming a kissing scene too, with co-star Saiyami Kher.
Harshvardhan Kapoor, who is son of actor Anil Kapoor and younger brother of actress Sonam Kapoor making his debut with this film. The lead actress of the film, Saiyami Kher is Bajirao Mastani actress Tanvi Azmi’s niece.
The young Kapoor has been working for a substantial amount of time for this film of his. He has also tried to remain as exclusive as possible since he has hardly been spotted anywhere.
