‘Vicky Kaushal scores high in paternal skills,’ says Neha Dhupia when asked about his dad avatar: ‘I know he’s a good chachu’

Neha Dhupia and Vicky Kaushal share a great friendship. The actors are often spotted spending quality time with each other. In fact, Neha and her husband Angad Bedi, were among the few guests who attended Vicky and Katrina Kaif’s intimate wedding in 2021. In the last couple of months, rumours about Vicky and Katrina expecting their first child together, had been doing the rounds of the internet. While Vicky put the rumours to rest during a recent press conference, fans have been curious anyway. Recently, during an appearance on Khaane Mein Kya Hai, Neha was asked about Vicky’s dad avatar.

“I know he is really good as a chachu. Meher, Guriq call him chachu. He is very invested in our kids. He meets them over Christmas and somewhere else. We still have those beautiful moments. He FaceTimes them. This speaks extremely highly of… he scores high as far his paternal skills are concerned and I am going leave it at that,” she added.

In 2023, Neha treated her fans to a sneak peek into Katrina and Vicky’s intimate Christmas celebration. The actor shared photos from the couple’s beachfront Mumbai home. Beyond the couple’s close friends, celebration was attended by several family members, including Vicky’s parents and Katrina’s mother. Angad Bedi was also spotted enjoying the festive cheer. “Our very merry bunch for life,” she captioned the photos.

Vicky recently cleared the air about the ‘good news’ everyone has been talking about while promoting his film Bad Newz. The Masaan actor said there is no truth to Katrina’s pregnancy rumours.

“As far has the good news is concerned (the couple being pregnant), we will be very happy to share it with you but for now, there is no truth to the speculations. Abhi Bad Newz enjoy kijiye, jab good news ayega to hum aapke saath zarur share karenge (Till then enjoy the film, Bad Newz and when we are ready with the good news, we will definitely share with you),” he said at the press conference.
