Varun Dhawan, wife Natasha Dalal buy a luxury property worth Rs 44 crore in Juhu: report

According to The Times of India, the registration of the property was completed on December 3, with the actor paying Rs 2.67 crore in stamp duty. However, an official confirmation from the Baby John star is awaited.

The Juhu and Bandra neigbhourhoods are home to several Bollywood stars, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Dharmendra, and Aamir Khan, among others.

Varun also owns an apartment in Carter Road, Sagar Darshan. The cost of the house is said to be Rs 60 crore, according to investormart.co.in. Before moving into the family house with his wife Natasha, the actor also had his own bachelor pad in Mumbai.

Previously, after welcoming his daughter with Natasha, it was reported that the couple has decided to move into a house owned by Hrithik Roshan in Juhu. The actor paid a hefty rent of Rs 8.5 lakh, according to MagicBricks.

Varun, who was most recently seen in the action film Baby John, will next be seen in Boney Kapoor’s No Entry 2 with Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor. The actor will also be seen in JP Dutta’s Border 2, which will also star Sunny Deol, and Ahan Shetty, among others.
