Salman, on his part, asked the scribe, “Do you follow me on Twitter? That (Swachh Bharat) was not a photo session. We nominate 100 people out of which 11 are given gifts for the cleaning activity they do.”

Swachch Bharat, which was kickstarted by PM Narendra Modi last year, saw nominee Salman too picking up the broom to sweep clean a hamlet in Karjat in Maharashtra in October last year.
