Sooraj Pancholi injured on the sets of ‘Hero’

Sooraj Pancholi injured himself on Monday, while shooting an action scene for Nikhil Advani's 'Hero'.

According to the eyewitness there was profuse bleeding.

Shooting action scenes is always hazardous for the actor’s health. This was proven once again when on Monday while shooting an action sequence for Nikhil Advani’s ‘Hero’, Sooraj Pancholi injured himself.

Says an eyewitness, “They are shooting complicated stunts for the climax. Some of the junior artistes were supposed to throw empty bottles aimed at Sooraj’s shoulder. One of them aimed too high and the bottle hit Sooraj’s head.”

According to the eyewitness there was profuse bleeding. “Everyone rushed to him in a panic. But Sooraj insisted on completing the shooting for the day with the injury. He said he will get it attended to after the shooting.”

However, Sooraj tried to play down the damage. “It’s okay. These things happen during action scenes. It’s part of the job. I am glad I am learning fast,” he said.
