Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan will be crooning along with Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar ‘Kapoor & Sons’.

Since the time, Karan Johar announced the star cast of ‘Kapoor & Sons’, there has been a lot of anticipation about the film. What will add to the curiousity is to see the two hunks, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan crooning along with Alia Bhatt.

From what we hear, Fawad, Sidharth and Alia will be singing a song in the film. Filmmaker Shakun Batra spoke about the development and mentioned that they are in the process of finalizing a track and that their producer Karan Johar has some interesting ideas for the promotional team.

Though the director refused to divulge any more details, it is being said that the track is peppy, energetic and youthful. Interestingly, Pakistani actor Fawad Khan started his career in the entertainment industry as a musician and vocalist and has been a part of many bands.

On the other hand, Alia Bhatt too has sung for Bollywood films like ‘Highway’ and ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. However, it is Sidharth Malhotra who hasn’t experimented in the music zone and it has been learnt that the actor will not be undergoing any serious training for the film since it’s all about being casual and fun.

Produced under the banner Dharma Productions, ‘Kapoor & Sons’ will also star Rishi Kapoor playing a 90 year old patriarch to a dysfunctional family. Apparently, the film is a love triangle, where Fawad and Sidharth not only fight for the attention of Alia but also are in a bid to prove their writing skills.
