On Wednesday, Shah Rukh Khan remembered late filmmaker Yash Chopra. The actor shared a video of a musician who was seen playing the tune of “Tujhe Dekha To Yeh Jaana Sanam” from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge on a flute. Later, the musician also sang a line from the song, surprising the viewers as well as the superstar. The video was originally shared by a Twitter user who tagged the actor in her post. SRK reshared the video on his profile with a caption that read, “Suddenly just…missed Yashji. Maybe it’s the singer’s cap?”

SRK and Yash Chopra go back a long way. The actor-director have given a couple of super-hits together such as Darr, Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Veer Zaara among others.

In fact, the actor, who has always credited Yash Chopra for his career, also starred in the filmmaker’s last directorial – Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

“I am the one actor who starred maximum in his films from the time I joined to his last venture. I am lucky to have the opportunity to have worked with the most fearless filmmaker that the country will ever have,” Shah Rukh told PTI.

Yash Chopra passed away on October 21, 2012.

On the work front, Shah Rukh recently appeared on Netflix’s My Next Guest with David Letterman.
