Salman Khan stands by his longtime bodyguard Shera following the passing of his father, comforts him with a hug. Watch

Shera has been Salman Khan’s bodyguard since 1995, and has been seen with the actor at all times. Salman too made sure to stand by him and thus arrived to pay his last respects after Shera’s father. Shera’s father’s cremation took place at the Oshiwara Crematorium, Jogeshwari West in Mumbai, and during the day, visuals from the same were shared on the paparazzi accounts.

Later in the day, as Salman visited the house of his trusted bodyguard for years, the clip is again made it to social media. In one of the videos, Salman can be seen arriving at Shera’s home premises in his car along with a heavy security detail. As the actor stepped out of the vehicle, Shera stood there to greet him. Salman hugged Shera as soon as he got out of his car. He then went inside Shera’s home to pay his respects. Later, Salman was also captured leaving the house.

On Thursday, Shera took to his social media handles to share the news of his father’s death. Shera, in a statement, shared, “My father Shri Sunder Singh Jolly has left for heavenly abode today.” He also shared the details about his father’s last rites. “The last journey will start at 4 PM from my residence 1902, The Park luxury Residences, Off Lokhandwala Back Road, Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai.”

Shera, whose real name is Gurmeet Singh Jolly, also runs his own security firm named Tiger Security, which provides security to several high-profile celebrities. Shera was also in charge of Justin Bieber’s security during his Mumbai concert in 2017.

Initially a bodybuilder, he won bodybuilder titles in several championships in the late 80s. Shera joined Salman’s team in the early 90s. He has been a constant since then, accompanying the star at all events, occasions and shoot. Not to miss, Shera was recently seen in an ad for food delivery platform Swiggy inspired by the upcoming festival of Rakshabandhan.

On the work frount, Salman Khan was last seen in AR Murugadoss’ Sikandar alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sathyaraj. Salman will be soon back to hosting the hit realisty show Bigg Boss 19.
