Putting an end to speculation, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is confirmed to make a special appearance in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The film’s team has confirmed that Salman will reprise his iconic character Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg franchise, joining forces with Ajay Devgn within Rohit Shetty’s expansive cop universe. This cinematic universe already boasts an impressive lineup, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Ravi Kishan, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff.

This exciting crossover brings together two legendary characters, Chulbul Pandey and Bajirao Singham, played by Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn, respectively, for the first time on screen. Fans can expect a mix of high-octane action and unforgettable comic moments in the new film, releasing on November 1.

Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn have previously collaborated in notable films, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and Vipul Shah’s London Dreams (2009). Furthermore, Salman made a cameo appearance in Ajay Devgn’s Son of Sardaar (2012).

As the movie gears up for release, director Rohit Shetty shared insights into the film’s extensive shooting schedule, spanning multiple locations. Inspired by the epic Ramayana, the film’s narrative dictated filming across various sites in India and Sri Lanka, as per the story of Ramayana.

Rohit told Filmfare, the cast and crew “travelled all the way from Maharashtra to Sri Lanka.” He said, “The locations are all places where the incidents have happened. Many of us know the story but not the actual location where it happened. So that is the unique point in this film.”

Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, the fifth film in the successful Singham franchise, sees Ajay Devgn return as Singham. Come Diwali, Singham Again will compete with Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri.
