Rana Naidu season 2 trailer: Netflix India’s show Rana Naidu is back with its second season, set to premiere on the streaming platform on June 13. The trailer of the upcoming season was released on YouTube on Tuesday. The fixer is back – and this time, his own family is at stake, in an even grittier, darker and messier season. Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh will be reprising their roles from the first season with actor Arjun Rampal joining the cast.

Rana can erase crimes, change narratives, and bury the darkest secrets in plain sight, except his own estranged father Naga Naidu. The Naidus are set to impress fans once again with the second season of the gripping action-packed thriller. In the trailer video, Rana promises his wife, played by Surveen Chawla, that he has quit being the ‘fixer of the stars’, but finds himself in the midst of fights, one after the other. After showing glimpses of his high profile clients, Rana then has a face-off with Arjun Rampal’s character threatening and beating him up.

While sharing the Rana Naidu 2 trailer on their Instagram handle, Netflix India wrote, “Rana’s only rule: When it comes to his family, he follows no rules. Watch Rana Naidu Season 2, as he returns with drama, dhamaka, and destruction on 13 June, only on Netflix.”

Talking about the new season, director Karan Anshuman said, “Season 2 is bigger, darker, and way more intense! The emotional stakes? Off the charts! Rana and Naga are still butting heads, two strong-willed men weighed down by their past and their own flaws. Things at home? Let’s just say the Naidu family drama is hitting a whole new level of chaos. Loyalties are shifting, tempers are flaring, and the line between love and betrayal is getting dangerously blurry. And just when things couldn’t get any more complicated, Arjun Rampal’s Rauf steps into the storm, shaking everything up. It’s raw, it’s real, it’s chaotic but Rana remains focused on one thing, protecting his family, no matter the cost.”

Real-life uncle-nephew Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati have returned as the father-son duo in part two. Arjun Rampal, who is set to punish Rana for the past, will be pushing tensions even higher in Netflix’s Hindi-language adaptation of the American series Ray Donovan. This season also stars Surveen Chawla, Kriti Kharbanda, Sushant Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, and Dino Morea. Created and directed by Karan Anshuman, with Suparn S. Varma and Abhay Chopra also directing, Rana Naidu is produced by Sunder Aaron and Locomotive Global.
