Superstar Ram Charan says he doesn't like spending much on his clothes and isn't a sneaker enthusiast as well. The RRR star said the sneaker industry is so "deep" that he has mostly stayed away from it. In the latest episode of 'Style Mein Rehne Ka', Ram was asked about the cheapest thing in his wardrobe. To which the actor relied, "'Charki banyan'. No, No, I do have a jockey banyan!" When asked what the most expensive thing in his wardrobe is, he added, "It is my watch. I don't spend much on clothes." During the interview, Ram was also asked if he is a sneakerhead, to which the actor said he can't spend too much on shoes and isn't willing to splurge on them, even if it is quite a cool thing for the younger generation. "I thought I wanted to buy into that industry, but it was getting down so deep and there were so many variations every week, It's almost like it's impossible to catch up. It's just a topic that you want to see and hear when you are sitting with your nephews and niece. They will say, 'Charan mam you saw that, that's the new sneakers! How much is it? 50 thousand, five thousand!' I said forget yaar, 500 dollars and I will think about it, not (spending) more than 250 dollars!" When observed that a star like Ram Charan is worried about the price of sneakers, the actor said, "You are wearing them on your feet man, I can't spend so much. Watches are fine, they are on my hands, I can take it out!" The actor shot to global acclaim after his SS Rajamouli film RRR crossed borders and emerged as big blockbuster across the world, even landing an Oscar. Ram Charan will be next seen in Game Changer, co-starring Kiara Advani. The Telugu political action thriller is directed by S Shankar and written by Karthik Subbaraj.
