Earlier the actress had tweeted,”I’m really shocked and taken aback with the recent shameful incident that took place in Mumbai yesterday. A sheer act of cowardice.”

Bollywood had erupted in anger and felt “ashamed” over the gangrape of a young photojournalist here and demanded harshest punishment of her attackers at the earliest.
