Koffee With Karan 8 finale: Orry confesses he’s a ‘cheater’ and is dating five people; Karan Johar answers if not launching Suhana, Agastya, Khushi ‘pinched’

Later in the promo, comedian Danish Sait calls the eighth season of the show a “snoozefest”. Kusha Kapila pulls Karan’s leg as she asks, “Were you missing your own therapy sessions to shoot KWK?” Sumukhi Suresh asks Karan, “Why is it that this season has to be so wholesome and family-friendly?” Before the filmmaker could reply, Tanmay jokes, “If you are going to have these many filters, just call it Filter Coffee with Karan.”

Danish Sait also rags Karan for not getting to launch Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda as Zoya Akhtar launched them in The Archies. Karan eventually says, “Can I exit my own show and can you all just take over?”

The finale episode of the show will stream on January 18 at 12 am on Disney Plus Hotstar. This season Karan Johar hosted a slew of celebrities on his show, starting with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Saif Ali Khan came along with his mother Sharmila Tagore and Kapoor sisters, Janhvi and Khushi, spilled some beans about each other. The last episode was graced by yesteryear divas Neetu Kapoor and Zeenat Aman.
