While fans eagerly await the release of Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan’s debut film Nadaaniyan on Netflix, the makers continue to fuel excitement by dropping glimpses of the film through its music videos. After unveiling the romantic track “Ishq Mein”, they have now released a new song, “Galatfehmi”, which showcases Ibrahim and Khushi Kapoor navigating an emotionally turbulent phase in their on-screen relationship.

The video opens with the poignant tagline: “When trust is broken, nothing feels the same.” It hints at a heated altercation between Ibrahim and Khushi’s characters, depicting their emotional struggle as they break down and drift apart. While the couple suffers, their friends also witness the breakup, appearing tense and conflicted. The video is a montage of intense emotional moments, with both actors looking somber and heartbroken.

Composed by Sachin-Jigar, “Galatfehmi” penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, and sung by Tushar Joshi, Madhubanti Bagchi, and Sachin-Jigar. In the film, Khushi Kapoor plays Piya, a South Delhi girl, while Ibrahim takes on the role of Arjun, a middle-class boy from Noida.

Earlier, the makers had released Ishq Mein, which depicted the couple’s romantic journey and the magic of falling in love. According to Netflix’s official statement, Nadaaniyan is described as “a young adult romantic drama that captures the magic, madness, and innocence of first love. As their two completely different worlds collide, they embark on a journey filled with mischief, heart, and the sweet messiness of first love.”

The film marks the directorial debut of Shauna Gautam, who previously assisted Karan Johar on Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. The film also stars Dia Mirza and Suniel Shetty. It is produced by Karan Johar. Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor, who made her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, was recently seen in Loveyapa opposite Junaid Khan. However, the film failed to make a mark at the box office and received mixed reviews.
