Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was nowhere to be seen at the grand Mijwan – The Legacy fashion show that took place over the weekend. The actress reportedly gave the starry night a miss as she was busy shooting for her comeback film, ‘Jazbaa’.
Not only did Aishwarya Rai miss the show, but she also skipped joining the Bachchan clan – Big B, Jaya Bachchan, husband Abhishek and sister-in-law Shweta Nanda on the ramp.

Mijwan – The Legacy is a collection designed by Manish Malhotra in support of the NGO ‘Mijwan Welfare Society’ which was founded by the late Kaifi Azmi and is headed by Shabana Azmi and Namrata Goyal.
‘Jazbaa’, on the other hand is a Sanjay Gupta-directed project also starring Shabana Azmi, Irrfan Khan and Anupam Kher.
