‘Hero’ is the official remake of the 1983 movie of the same name, which marked the debut of Jackie Shroff. The movie was directed by Subhash Ghai, who is co-producing the remake with Salman Khan. The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor has been actively involved in the promotions of ‘Hero’. He also lent his voice for one the film’s tracks, ‘Main Hoon Hero Tera’. Prior to the film’s release, Salman Khan urged the Twitterati to welcome newbies Sooraj and Athiya with open arms.
