Actor Govinda, who was playing Ranbir Kapoor‘s foster father in Anurag Basu’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’, has walked out of the project. He had shot for few portions before quitting.

According to a report published in Times Of India, the reason behind Govinda bowing out is the fallout between him and director Anurag Basu. Basu is apparently “unable to make peace with Govinda’s way of working”.

The makers have now started looking for faces who can fit in Govinda’s shoes. The options they are looking at are Anil Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.
