Fan tries to bribe Shah Rukh Khan and asks him to release Jawan ASAP. Actor says ‘Itne mein toh OTT ka subscription nahi milta’

“Bhai, 100-200 zyda Lelo par #jawaan movie kal hi release kar do,” the fan tweeted to Shah Rukh. The superstar quote-tweeted the tweet and wrote, “Bhai itne mein toh OTT ka subscription nahi milta tujhe poori picture chahiye!! #Jawan.”

Jawan is directed by Atlee, known for helming Tamil mass actioners like Theri, Mersal and Bigil. The film will mark his Hindi debut, along with actors Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. Shah Rukh said Jawan is a “new kind” of a genre for him.

“For me at least it’s a new kind of a genre. An Atlee special and the marriage of trying to bring two ways of making films in tandem,” the actor tweeted. The superstar also praised Nayanthara and Vijay and said collaborating with them was a learning experience.

“He is such a humble person and a brilliant actor. Learnt a lot from Vijay,” Shah Rukh tweeted for the Farzi actor. “She is lovely….too sweet and awesome to work with. A pleasure,” he wrote about Nayanthara.

Jawan is scheduled to release on September 7. The film also features Deepika Padukone in a cameo and reportedly stars Shah Rukh in a double role–as father and son. It will be the second release of Shah Rukh for the year after Pathaan, which broke all box office records upon its release in January.

The actor will then end the year with Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, scheduled to release in December.
