Citadel Honey Bunny premiere: Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu glam up the blue carpet

Prime Video hosted a screening for Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Citadel Honey Bunny with many celebs in attendance.

Amazon Prime Video hosted a special screening for Citadel Honey Bunny in Mumbai on Monday, November 4. Along with the show’s leads Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan, several other celebrities also attended it. All of them posed for the paparazzi on the blue carpet before heading for the screening inside.

Ahead of its streaming premiere, the makers hosted the screening for Bollywood celebs. Besides the main star cast and the creators Raj & DK, the event was attended by their close friends from the fraternity, including Shahid Kapoor , Aditya Roy Kapur, his brother Sidharth Roy Kapur, Adarsh Gourav, Neha Dhupia, Pragya Kapoor, Abhishek Kapoor, Darshan Kumar, Rasika Dugal, Anushka Sen, Kritika Kamra, Maniesh Paul, Sufyan Nadiadwala, Mahira Sharma, Mukesh Chhabra, Saiee Manjrekar, and Bhuvan Arora.

Varun Dhawan attended his web series debut looking dashing in a suit. Samantha, who has collaborated with Raj & DK for the second time after The Family Man 2, donned a gorgeous blingy gown for the night.

Honey Bunny is the third part of the franchise after Citadel and Citadel: Diana. Taking the global spyverse forward, the series will release on Amazon Prime Video on November 7. Written by Sita R Menon, it is the Indian instalment of the global Citadel franchise. The mothership series featured Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden.

Citadel: Honey Bunny is the story of Rahi Gambhir aka Bunny, played by Varun and Samantha as Honey. They are junior artists who become a part of a spy agency to defeat a deadly mission. According to the story, Rahi is the father of Priyanka’s character Nadia Sinh. Kashvi Majumdar plays young Nadia in the show.
