The newest song from the upcoming series The Ba**ds of Bollywood is out, and it features debutant director Aryan Khan making his singing debut.

The new song Tenu Ki Pata from the upcoming Netflix series The Ba**ds of Bollywood* is sung by Diljit Dosanjh.

The Ba**ds of Bollywood looks like an over-the-top takedown of Bollywood.

Just days after breaking the internet with the trailer of his much-anticipated directorial debut The Ba**ds of Bollywood, Aryan Khan has unveiled the third song from the series, titled “Tenu Ki Pata”. The track is sung by none other than Diljit Dosanjh, composed by Ujwal Gupta, and features vocals by Aryan himself, marking his first-ever singing appearance.

Much like the bold and stylized tone of the series, evident from the trailer and earlier glimpses, the visual treatment of “Tenu Ki Pata” is equally over -the-top. Veteran actor Manoj Pahwa leads the song’s performance, seen doing everything from action sequences to lip-syncing and dancing. While the clip doesn’t give away much of the storyline, it does hint at an intense showdown, both verbal and physical, between Manoj Pahwa and rapper Badshah, who also features prominently in the song.

Following the earlier releases of “Tu Pehli Tu Aakhri” and the buzz-generating “Badli Si Hawa Hai”, “Tenu Ki Pata” is the third song from the show’s soundtrack to drop. Launching the track on X (formerly Twitter), Shah Rukh Khan shared his excitement, writing: “Irada? Clear hai. Vibe? Killer hai. #TenuKiPata x @diljitdosanjh out now. Watch The Ba**ds of Bollywood, out 18 September, only on Netflix.”

Last month, during the first official preview of the show in Mumbai, Shah Rukh Khan introduced Aryan to the public in an emotional moment. Reflecting on his own journey and his son’s new beginnings, he said: “I’m deeply grateful to the sacred land of Mumbai, to this country, which has given me 30 years to try and entertain you. Today is a very special day, because on this very same land, my son is now taking his first step. He’s a very good boy, as all fathers believe about their sons, and he’s hardworking. At home, we’ve only taught him a few things: box office success isn’t guaranteed, nor are positive reviews from critics. But giving your 100% through hard work, that’s the one guarantee you can control. So today, when he stands before you, please clap for him. But along with those claps, send him a small prayer too.”

Set to release globally on Netflix on September 18, The Ba**ds of Bollywood is co-created by Aryan Khan, Bilal Siddiqi, and Manav Chauhan. The series seems to be a trashy takedown on Bollywood, starring Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, Raghav Juyal, Manoj Pahwa, Mona Singh, Manish Chaudhari, Anya Singh, Vijayant Kohli, Gautami Kapoor, and Rajat Bedi.
