Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection Day 7: Tiger Shroff-starrer chopped up by competition, faces the heat from Demon Slayer as it struggles to pass Rs 50 cr
Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection Day 7: Tiger Shroff-Sanjay Dutt starrer finished its first week on the box office with yet another disappointing haul.

Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection Day 7: Hanging on to its 2,800 shows across the country is getting more and more difficult for the A Harsha directorial Baaghi 4. The film has concluded the first week of its theatrical run, but it was unfortunately not a storybook ending. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film made Rs 2.15 crore on day seven, bringing its total India net collection to Rs 44.55 crore. With animated features breathing down its neck, and films like Lokah and Param Sundari taking what’s left, Tiger Shroff and company need to cover lost ground.
Tiger hasn’t had the most successful box office run in the past few years. Films like Ganapath (2023), Heropanti 2 (2022), and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2024) all failed at the ticket windows. Ganapath and the Heropanti sequel both bombed with the net collections of Rs 13 crore and Rs 21 crore, respectively, while Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, his action flick with Akshay Kumar, dragged itself to Rs 65 crore. Even with a star-studded cast, Baaghi 4 is still struggling to make it count. Tiger was also seen in the mega-budget under-performer Singham Again, but in a cameo.
The previous instalment of the Baaghi franchise made double the amount in the same time. Baaghi 3 had amassed Rs 90 crore at the end of the first week. The film’s theatrical run was cut short due to the pandemic, and one could see the effect of the dwindling footfall several days before it got shut down. Still, the film managed to collect Rs 96.5 crore during its prematurely concluded run. Baaghi 4 is not only competing with its own predecessors, but it is also trying to hold its own among a flurry of pictures currently running at the theatres. Despite mixed reviews, The Conjuring: Last Rites (Rs 67.19 cr) is still going strong, and the Sidharth Malhotra-Janhvi Kapoor starrer (Rs 48.8 cr) is taking whatever is left.
The occupancy rates for the film remained low throughout the day and averaged out at 9%. The morning and afternoon shows filled 5.51% and 9.42% of seats, while the evening and night shows barely broke into double digits with 8.79% and 12.28% rates. With its theatrical run being facilitated by tactics like BOGO, Baaghi 4 needs to bounce back this weekend.
This week, the movie will be overrun by the Japanese anime blockbuster Demon Slayer, which has already made Rs 10 crore in advance sales. Directed by A Harsha, the cast of the film includes Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, Harnaaz Sandhu, Shreyas Talpade, Saurabh Sachdeva and Upendra Limaye.
