Shah Rukh Khan has been flooding his Twitter timeline with thank-you notes to all important Jawan crew members as the prevue has set huge expectations for the film. He thanked the film’s director Atlee, who is making his Bollywood debut with the film. He told the young director, “Sirrrrrr!!! Maaasssssss!! You are da man!!!! Thank u for everything.”

Now, in reply to his tweet, director Atlee has said that he is living the dream by working with him. The director said that he has pushed his limits with Jawan, which was a huge learning experience. He wrote, “From reading tales of kings to embarking on a journey with one in real, #Chief I guess I’m living the dream I’ve always dreamt of. Thank you so much. This film pushed me to my limits, and I gained invaluable lessons along the way. Your passion towards cinema and the amount of hard work you’ve put in, which I witnessed closely in the last 3 years are inspiring and riveting… Yeh toh bas shuruaat hai Sir. Love you, sir. Thanking you once again for this great opportunity on behalf of the entire team. God is very kind to me!! Thank you, everyone (sic).”

Atlee, who has directed four Tamil films so far, is yet to churn out a flop, and fans are hoping he would continue his momentum. Meanwhile, Tamil director Vignesh Shivan heaped praise on Atlee for coming up with a film that looks ‘international.’ He also wished his best for his wife Nayanthara, who is also making her debut in Bollywood. Sharing the screenshot of the director’s Insta story, SRK, tweeted, “Vignesh Shivan, thank u for all the love. Nayanthara is awesome…but oh who am I telling this…you toh already know!!! But Hubby, beware, she has now learnt some major kicks & punches!!”

Meanwhile, the film’s cinematographer GK Vishnu also thank SRK for his kind words about his work in Jawan. Vishnu wrote, Thank you so much for your kind words sir! It was an incredible experience working with you. It’s true, I do have a little bit of talent, but the fact is that your phenomenal performance in the film inspired me. You are the shining star that brought out the best in me (sic).”

Jawan promo hints that the film will be a high-octane action drama about a vigilante, who was a former soldier. The prevue of the film has received more than 53 million views on YouTube, and fans are hoping the film will break the record of SRK’s Pathaan. Priyamani, Vijay Sethupathi, and Yogi Babu are other actors part of the film, which will be released on September 7.
