Akshay Kumar’s “BABY”: Everybody’s waiting!

The fans came up with the trend "Waiting for BABY trailer". It has now turned into a full blown online movement as the topic has been on in the TOP 10 for more than 14 days now.

The movie also features Rana Daggubati, Taapsee Pannu, Anupam Kher and Danny Denzongpa.

This is the first of the firsts! And only the ‘Khiladi’ can do it. Since the inception of online markets and microblogging site Twitter, no movie has ever trended for so long. But all thanks to the loyal fans of Akshay Kumar, that few records have been broken and some new ones are in the offing.

We are talking about Akshay’s next release ‘Baby’, directed by Neeraj Pandey. Ever since the news of the collaboration between the actor and the ‘Special 26’ director came out, the fans and followers of Akshay have been super excited. Forget excited, they have been impatient!

The official teaser of the movie was supposed to come out on December 3, but the fandoms have their own ways. With a lot of mystery around the actual plot, the intrigue seemed to have deepened. So much so, that the fans came up with the trend “Waiting for BABY trailer”. It has now turned into a full blown online movement as the topic has been on in the TOP 10 for more than 14 days now.

The movie also features Rana Daggubati, Taapsee Pannu, Anupam Kher and Danny Denzongpa.

Keeping the wish of his fans, Akshay Kumar and the makers of the movie even launched a special teaser/first look of the movie few days back, which didn’t reveal much about the film, as it only showed some scenes from the shoot and introduced Neeraj Pandey as the director.

But this wasn’t enough to satiate the fans as considering the actual release of the movie on January 23, a 50 day plan till the release date is now being taken into record, which seems to be setting a new milestone altogether, quite difficult for other ventures to touch.

With creating a furore amongst the fans even before the release, ‘Baby’ can be expected to be quite a scene stealer and Box Office winner. Or will the fury fizzle out? The records are set though, the match is still on.
