Akshay Kumar says he shot Bade Miyan Chote Miyan climax in extremely hot weather, wearing leather jacket: ‘No complaints, we were paid handsomely’

While this conversation left the crowd laughing and cheering for Akshay, the actor even spoke about visiting the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Dubai. He shared he had promised co-star Tiger Shroff that they would visit there, hence they arrived a day earlier.

Akshay further continued with his funny streak when he said despite shooting in leather in a lot of heat for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, he has no complaints. “It was quite hot and we were given leather jackets to wear but we did not have any issues since we were paid a handsome amount,” Akshay joked.

Later at the press conference Akshay also shared, “I have been in this industry for the last 33 years and have done many action films, but I can easily say that this is the finest product I have worked in. It is the finest action film India has ever produced.” Sharing that the film also has around 25 to 30 percent comedy in the film, however, it is the very subtle kind with banter between him and Tiger.

Akshay also praised Prithviraj Sukumaran, he called him brilliant. “He said I have worked with him and many people, I have never seen anybody have such a great memory to learn all these lines. Tiger and I would wait for him to make at least one mistake, but I don’t know what he eats, how much coconut oil he has, but what a memory.”

While Bade Miyan Chote Miyan releases in India tomorrow, 11th April, the film has seen a great response with its advance bookings. As per reports, it has already earned more than Rs 2 crores with ticket sales.
