Bigg Boss 10 nomination special episode starts with ‘Telephone song’ in lieu of a special telephone task for nominations. Gaurav and Bani start talking casually about their personal life and Gaurav says that he can be a good husband and father but as a boyfriend, he is not that good. Bigg Boss calls Manu and speaks on phone with him and asks him that if he wants to save himself from being nominated, he will have to convince Manveer to shave his beard. Manu speaks to Manveer but he says that he can’t do this as he considers his beard his lucky charm. After some time, Manveer sacrifices his beard for Manu and then Manu gives the name of Manveer for another nomination call. Bigg Boss calls Manveer and asks him to convince Rohan to dress in drag till further orders.
After seeing the clothes sent by Bigg Boss, Rohan refuses to perform the task. Manveer gets nominated.

Next, Karan sits on the nomination chair and Bigg Boss instructs him to ask Lokesh if she agrees to nominate herself in lieu of him. Lokesh, due to some misunderstanding, accepts the given task and says that she nominates herself to save Karan. Later, she regrets of taking this decision.
Bigg Boss announces that Lokesh is nominated for elimination. Lastly, Navin gets a call and he is asked by Bigg Boss to ask Nitibha to submit her make-up. Nitibha says that make-up is a small thing to sacrifice for nominations. Navin says that he will talk to Lopa and Mona to let Nitibha use their make-up. However, Nitibha says no to Navin and he gets nominated. Manveer, Rahul, Lokesh and Navin are finally nominated for the eliminations.

Bani feels she is being targeted in the Bigg Boss house and tries to explain her stand but fails to do so. She further lashes out at Lopa for putting her in a bad spot and they both have yet another argument. Gaurav was seen advising Bani to share her problems with the fellow housemates and avoid snapping at everyone. While Bani listened to him patiently, she told him that this is her true self and she prefers to deal with her problems herself. She breaks down yet again and is seen crying in the store room.
