UGC NET 2024: City intimation slip out for August 27 exam

UGC NET 2024: The NTA released the city intimation slip for all the exams till September 4 on August 16 but due to Krishna Janmashtami the exam scheduled for August 26 was postponed to a day later, August 27.

UGC NET 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the city intimation slip for the UGC NET exam which is to be conducted on August 27. The candidates whose exam is on August 27 can visit the ugcnet.nta.ac.in website to view their city allotment.

The candidates will be able to view the city slip with help of their registration number, date of birth, and captcha code provided at the time of login. They should also check their photo and signature on the slip and re-download it, in case they are missing.

To access the advanced exam city intimation for the UGC NET, candidates should first visit the official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. On the homepage, they need to click the “Advance Exam City Intimation” link. This will direct them to a page where they must enter their application number, date of birth, and the provided captcha code. Once this information is submitted, the exam city intimation slip will be displayed. Candidates can then view and download the slip for their records and future reference.

The candidates should know that the exam city intimation provided is not the UGC NET admit card. Instead, it serves as preliminary information about the city where the examination center will be located which will help the candidates plan their travel. The official hall tickets will be issued at a later date.

The NTA will conduct the UGC NET June 2024 exam in a computer-based test (CBT) mode, covering 83 subjects across various cities nationwide. The NTA will conduct the UGC NET June 2024 exam from August 21 to September 4 in computer based test (CBT) mode.
